Botanic Garden in the Banská Štiavnica was planted in the middle of 19th century by local botanic experts from Mining and Forestry Academy. You can find there more than 200 trees including different outlandish types.

Sawing, cutting, painting, colouring, bending, drilling. That all you can try inside the creative workshop Terra Permonia. Everybody from 3 to 99 years old is welcome there.
Saint Anton manor house
We strongly recommend for all history lovers to visit manor house with a museum in Saint Anton. Spectacularly furnished manor house was built in 1750 and its history is linked with house of Koháry and Coburg.
Calvary
Go check the history of one of the nicest Baroque Calvary in Europe. Sharp Mountain, where the Calvary is located, is the best spot for breath taking view of Banská Štiavnica.
Sitno
Take your hiking gear and hit the path to Sitno, the highest peak of Štiavnica Mountains. Hiking Trail starts just near the ForRest Glamping.
Tajch
(mining lakes)
They say, there was not a better and more elaborated water work, than Mining Lakes (Tajch) in the 18th century in Europe. Man-made lakes are naturally located in the steep mountains and dense forests.

Hliboky2021-05-13Vynikajúce ☺Parádny prístup majiteľov, skvelé chatky, ochot a príjemné prostredie. Naozaj nemám čo vytknúť. Dokonca aj keď večer nešla elektrina (chyba bola mimo ubytka) tak nám volali a pýtali sa, či je všetko v poriadku. Skvelý prístup!
